The cherries are fermented whole for 18 hours, then carefully dried on raised beds for 21 days until fully stable. The result is a beautifully layered cup that feels both adventurous and balanced.This offering comes through a unique sourcing model by our partners at Café Kreyol, who work directly with over 300 producers across three Ethiopian regions. Instead of labeling by region and hoping for old-school profiles, they sort coffees by flavor category—ensuring Sweet Lily always delivers what the name promises.
